Cancellation Policy
CRLS Parent Tour — Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Booking: Tours are free to book. A valid card is collected at checkout to secure the appointment and to cover potential late-cancel/no-show fees. Rescheduling/Cancelling: You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your tour with no fee using the link in your confirmation email/text. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made under 24 hours before the tour start time are charged $10. No-Show Fee: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time and haven’t contacted us, a $20 no-show fee applies. How fees are charged: Fees (if applicable) are charged to the card used to book. Exceptions: We understand life happens—please message us before your start time for illness or emergencies and we’ll do our best to waive/adjust fees at our discretion.
